Fitness Secret of Salman Khan and His diet plan and Exercise Routine Details


Bollywood superstar Salman Khan aka Abdul Rashid Salim Salman Khan is one of the most popular name in Indian Cinema, his extraordinary body and disciplined workout regimen has inspired many other Bollywood actors like John Abraham, Arjun Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan to the names in few.

Salman Khan is a complete fitness freak who never think of skipping his workout routine and diet. His routine is quite difficult for normal people to follow.

Surprisingly he burs 3000 calories per day during his workout and as per him, "The kind of food you eat is as important to the body as your workout."


Diet Chart of Salman Khan:

1.Breakfast: 4 egg whites with low-fat milk

2.Pre-workout: 2 egg whites, amino acid tablets, protein shake

3.Post workout: Almonds, oats, 3 egg whites, protein bar

4.Lunch: Veggies with salad, 5 chapatis

5.Snack: Protein bar, nuts including almonds

6.Dinner: Vegan soup, fish/chicken, 2 egg whites

Workout Schedule of Salman Khan:


Monday-Wednesday-Friday:

1.He warms up by doing exercises such as jumping, squat thrusts, and push-ups

2.Follows them up with dead-lifts that are necessary for the development of leg as well as back muscles

3.Bench Press (both inclined and flat) for the biceps and chest muscles

4.Then he does the shoulder push press

5.He does 4 sets of exercises for the smaller muscles with 6-8 reps while 6 sets of exercises for the large muscles are done with 12-14 reps

6.Concludes his training session by slowly jogging on a treadmill




Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday:

1.Starts with a 15-minute running session on the treadmill

2.Follows it up with 3-5 abs circuit comprising back extensions, side planks, crunches, and reverse crunches, which are repeated 25 times

3.Then he does around 1000 sit-ups

4.Ends the session with an hour of cardio
